About Powell Prospects LLCWe established our business Powell Prospects LLC, in 2002 just after our daughter was born. In fact our daughter's love for Snow White and the 7 dwarfs is the reason we use "Prospects" in the name. Another inspiration to us to open a property rental business are the books:
These books helped us see that working towards a retirement goal was something we could do as well as teach to our daughter. We have developed our skills to rehab, remodel and build homes in a cost effective manner and still provide quality homes. Since we opened—we have been able to purchase property in need of TLC in several states. We now own rentals in Texas, Maryland, West Virginia and Spain.

Our goal is to one day be able to retire in one of the various homes and watch our daughter grow and go off to college. We now have real estate near the University of Texas, San Antonio, Trinity University, West Virginia University, University of Maryland, Hood College, Johns Hopkins and University of Granada, in Spain. |
